Section 39 USC 30 Section 3002a governs the mailing of locksmith tools. This section makes it illegal to mail locksmithing tools if the purchaser is not listed below. This section of the law 39 USC 30 sec.3002a however, does not define what constitutes a "bona fide locksmith" or the other professions listed below.
